Wallpaper App - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between any person (“User”) who downloads and uses the mobile application named Wallpaper App (“Application”) and Barbaros İhtiyar (“Developer”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Purpose of the Application

Wallpaper App is a mobile application that provides users with wallpapers in various categories. Users can browse images within the Application, save selected wallpapers to their device, and set them as their device background.

2. Use of the Application

• The User agrees to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• The Application is intended for personal and non-commercial use. The content provided within the Application may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• While using the Application, the User must not:
  • Share illegal, offensive, or harmful content,
  • Engage in activities that may damage the Application or its servers,
  • Interfere with other users’ access to or use of the Application.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Application itself, along with all designs, texts, logos, icons, wallpapers, and all other content provided in the Application, belong to the Developer or their respective rights holders.
• The User may download and use the wallpapers provided by the Application solely for personal use as device backgrounds.
• Copying, reproducing, redistributing, selling, or using the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These ads are managed in accordance with the policies and systems of the respective ad networks.

The Application may also use third-party services for performance monitoring and error reporting. These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of use. By using the Application, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of these third-party services.

5. Photo Gallery Permission

The Application requests the necessary permissions to save selected wallpapers to the User’s photo gallery. This permission is required solely to enable the wallpaper saving feature. The Application does not upload or analyze any personal photos on the User’s device.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Application is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding suitability for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
• The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
• The User acknowledges that they use the Application at their own risk.

7. Modifications

• The Developer reserves the right to update or modify the Application or these Terms at any time.
• Changes become effective as soon as they are published within the Application or on the app store page.
• Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Termination of Use

• The User may uninstall the Application at any time to terminate use.
• If the Developer determines that the User has violated these Terms, access to the Application may be partially or completely restricted.
