This Privacy Policy has been prepared to inform you how your personal data is processed when you use the mobile application named Wallpaper App (“Application”) provided by Barbaros İhtiyar (“Developer”).

By downloading, installing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Wallpaper App is a mobile application that allows you to view and save wallpapers for your device. The Application does not request directly identifying personal information such as your name, surname or email address. Such information only reaches us if you choose to contact us voluntarily by email (for example, your email address and the content of your message).

2. Types of Data Collected

2.1. Device and Technical Information

When you use the Application, the following types of technical data may be processed:

• Device model and operating system version,
• Application version,
• Language and region/country settings,
• Anonymised crash and error logs.

2.2. Usage Data

Anonymous usage data may be collected to understand which features of the Application are being used:

• Which screens are viewed within the Application,
• Which wallpapers are viewed or saved more frequently,
• Frequency of use and session duration.

2.3. Advertising and Analytics Data

The Application may use third-party services to display advertisements and analyse usage statistics. According to the Info.plist configuration, the Application in particular uses Google AdMob for advertising.

Through these services, the following types of data may be processed within their own systems:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID etc.),
• IP address and approximate location (at country/region level),
• Device identifiers,
• In-app interactions (such as ad impressions and clicks).

3. Access to the Photo Gallery

Wallpaper App requests permission to access the photo gallery / photo library in order to save wallpapers to your device.

• This permission is used to store wallpapers in your device’s photo gallery.
• As stated in the permission text, the Application uses the photo library only for saving wallpapers.
• The Application does not upload or analyse other personal photos stored in your gallery on its own servers.

You can restrict or revoke this permission at any time from your device settings. However, if you disable the permission, features that save wallpapers directly to the gallery may be limited.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

The data collected may be used for the following purposes:

• Providing the core functions of the Application (displaying and saving wallpapers),
• Improving the performance and stability of the Application,
• Detecting and resolving crashes and errors,
• Improving the user experience and analysing popular content,
• Managing and, where applicable, personalising advertisements,
• Complying with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

The Application may use third-party services such as the following:

• Advertising networks: For example, Google AdMob,
• Analytics and crash reporting: Analytics or crash reporting services depending on the development process of the Application.

These service providers process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. For detailed information, you are encouraged to review the privacy policies of the respective services.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

In mobile applications, identifiers similar to web cookies such as advertising IDs and device identifiers may be used. These identifiers can be processed by third-party services in order to analyse app usage and manage advertisements.

You can reset your advertising ID or change your preferences regarding personalised advertising through your device settings.

7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

Your data may be shared with third parties in the following situations:

• To comply with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities,
• With third-party providers from whom we receive services necessary for the operation of the Application (hosting, advertising, analytics, etc.).
