These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nickoff mobile application and related services (“Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) Description of the Service

Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.
- Your Apple account will be charged for renewal before the current period ends.
Cancellation
- You can manage/cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple’s policies. (For purchases made through Apple, developers typically cannot issue refunds directly.)
5) Prohibited Uses
- Using the Service for illegal purposes.
- Attempting to harm the Service, reverse engineer it, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Disrupting other users’ experience or excessively abusing the Service.
6) Intellectual Property
Nickoff and all associated content (including logos, design, text, and software code) are owned by their respective rights holders, not you. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only.
7) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics, notifications). Additional terms from those third parties may apply.
